Ingredients
- 6 cups of bread cubes4 large eggs

- 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon (for coating)
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line or grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add bread cubes and toss to coat. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon.
- Divide the bread mixture evenly among the muffin cups. Press down gently.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
