  • 6 cups of bread cubes4 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup of granulated sugar (for coating)
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon (for coating)
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter (for brushing)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line or grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add bread cubes and toss to coat. Let sit for 5 minutes.
