Description

These no-bake strawberry truffles melt in your mouth! A sweet blend of fresh strawberries, cream cheese, and white chocolate. So easy to make!

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (14 oz) Golden Oreos (finely crushed)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (finely diced)
  • 1 teaspoon strawberry Jell-O powder (for extra flavor & color)
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil or vegetable shortening (for smooth melting)
  • Optional Toppings: Sprinkles, crushed cookies, melted dark chocolate

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Truffle Mixture

  1. Crush the Golden Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or by sealing them in a ziplock bag and crushing them with a rolling pin.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add the crushed Oreos, strawberries, and strawberry Jell-O powder. Mix until fully combined. The dough should be soft yet firm enough to shape.

Step 2: Shape & Freeze

  1. Using a small cookie scoop or your hands, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Freeze for at least 2 hours to help them hold their shape.

Step 3: Melt the White Chocolate

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted.
  2. Stir in coconut oil or shortening to help smooth out the texture.

Step 4: Dip & Decorate

  1. Remove a few truffles from the freezer at a time to prevent softening.
  2. Using a fork, dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate, allowing the excess to drip off.
  3. Place back on the parchment paper and quickly decorate with sprinkles, cookie crumbs, or a drizzle of dark chocolate before the coating sets.

Step 5: Chill & Serve

  1. Return the truffles to the freezer for about 30 minutes until the chocolate is completely set.
  2. Enjoy it immediately or store it for later!

Storage Tips:

  • Refrigerate: Keep in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
